Sikla UK was founded in 2003, has grown significantly since then, and is currently recruiting new people to join the Team.                   

The Role

As part of the Customer Service Team you will be responsible for Customer Service duties and for providing administrative support to the Supply Chain operations. This role involves administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation records, providing an excellent level of customer service and proactively communicating with all company stakeholders. 

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a structured, office-based setting and have experience supporting industrial or commercial clients.

Teamwork, communication and attention to detail are crucial for you to succeed in this role.

 

Your duties and key responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, solution-focused manner.
  • Checking stock levels
  • Keeping customers informed about order status
  • General office duties and ad-hoc tasks 
  • Prepare and process quotations, orders, and delivery documentation using ERP and CRM systems.
  • Liaise with field sales, warehouse, and technical teams to coordinate customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and support reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and managing ongoing account support.
  • Providing general support to visitors and guests

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service, preference to candidates with B2B or industrial background
  • Proficient in using ERP software and MS Office applications (Teams, Excel and Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multitasking and priority management skills
  • Self-motivated and highly proactive
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a sales team and other departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Package

  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 3pm
  • 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
