Your Responsibilities and Duties

You are reporting to our Director of Sales & Engineering. Backed up by our team of design engineers and by a dedicated internal sales assistant, you can fully concentrate on generating and converting opportunities. Our Sales-Force CRM software will keep you excellently organized everywhere.

  • Search for new opportunities and maximize the client potential in the designated area (wherever your client base has a construction project).
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, contractors and EPC, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education (presentation skills are essential).
  • Market observation (customers, competitors).
  • Work on after-sales support services and provide technical backup as required.
  • Arrange and carry out product training when need it (onsite or virtually).
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Meet regular sales target and coordinate sales projects.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor of Engineering; suitable technical sales education.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgement and good business sense.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Resilience and tenacity.
  • Language skills; English spoken and written.
  • Independence, self-reliance and interested in business travelling
  • Willingness to work overtime and/ or flexible hours when required.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • MS Office skills.
